Processing Times:

Please note that processing times can vary between 3-10 business days depending on item availability. We prioritize Express and Priority shipping orders, so Standard Shipping may take a bit longer. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. It may take some time for the courier's system to update with tracking information.

Shipping Speeds (USA):

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (estimated)

Priority Shipping: 3-4 business days (estimated, additional fee applies) - Must be requested via invoice.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (guaranteed, additional fee applies) - Must be requested via invoice and placed before 1 PM EST for same-day shipping.

Saturday is not considered a business day for USA shipping.

International Shipping:

Standard Shipping: 9-21 business days (estimated)

Express Shipping: Under 5 business days (estimated)

Fashion Take Out is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping information.

Free shipping offers: If your order total falls below $99 after a return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Undelivered packages: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed at the post office, we will contact you for reshipping. You will be invoiced for the reshipping cost. We cannot issue refunds or cancel orders after the allowed return window has passed. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or being left unclaimed.
