Urgent Inquiries: If your order is incorrect, or you haven't received tracking information within 12 business days, email us with "URGENT" and your order number in the subject line.
Haven't Heard Back? If you haven't received a response within 72 business hours, please forward your email and resend it with "URGENT" in the subject line.

Read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Allow up to 12 business days for your order to ship, depending on the shipping method you choose. Processing times are separate and can take 3-10 business days depending on item availability.
Pre-Order and High Demand Items: These items may experience shipping delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations: We cannot modify orders once placed. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the carrier directly. Delivery errors often involve accidental delivery to the wrong address, which carriers can investigate.
We highly recommend selecting the "Signature Required" option at checkout if you have a history of missing packages. This ensures someone at your address must sign for and receive the package, reducing the possibility of theft.
We will only reship or refund an order if tracking confirms the package was lost or delayed during transit, not for packages marked as delivered.
